Course and Participation
More than 27,000 runners of all ages and abilities will follow the professional athletes on an iconic course that starts near the Brooklyn Museum, crosses the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan, continues up the FDR, passes through Times Square, and finishes in Central Park.
The course has been updated due to construction on South St., and runners will now cross the Brooklyn Bridge instead of the Manhattan Bridge. This marks the first time an NYRR race includes this route. Participants will turn from Flatbush Avenue onto Tillary Street, then onto Brooklyn Bridge Boulevard, crossing into Manhattan before continuing on the FDR Drive to Central Park.
